SHIPPING AN ORDER

Pricing and Contents:

Orders Over $120

Orders over $120 will now be charged for standard shipping. COD charges, Quart shipping rules, and air shipment charges still apply.

Standard Shipping

Good Herbs uses UPS shipping services. Good Herbs now charges a flat rate of $7.50 on all orders, regardless of cost. See exceptions and other services below. If nobody is home at the time of delivery, UPS will usually leave the package in an inconspicuous location, so please be sure to check around the front of your house if UPS hasn't come on the date expected.

If the order is placed by the Distributor, the Distributor may pay with his or her credit card or the card of his or her customer. If the customer's card is used, then an invoice will be included with the package. If the distributor's card is used, no pricing or payment information will be included in the package.

If the order is placed and/or paid for by the recipient, he or she will also receive a copy of the invoice. If a drop shipment recipient is placing an order, he or she must know your distributor number. For security reasons, we will not provide this information to him or her.

COD

Orders may be paid for using UPS's Collect on Delivery service. The $9.00 fee UPS charges for this service will be added to your order. If a COD order is paid by check from a person other than the Distributor, please be sure the Distributor name and number are on the check to ensure the proper account is credited. Cash is not accepted for COD orders.

Express Shipments

UPS one, two, three-day air and Saturday delivery services are available. Actual shipping charges apply. Ask for price information as prices vary according to destination and package weight. Same day order processing ends at 2 pm to allow for package completion before UPS pickup, but orders may be placed up to 3 pm with an additional $15 rush processing fee.

Back Orders

Should it be necessary to back order a product, we will mark the item "BO" on the invoice. Back orders are paid when the order is placed and will be sent at no cost to you as soon as they are available. The same shipping method as the original order will be used unless other arrangements are made. If you would prefer to not have back orders, let us know so products will be deleted rather than back ordered on future orders.

Address Changes

The Distributor or Manager is responsible for making changes in an address or phone number when placing an order. Failure to do so can result in double shipping charges if packages have to be re-sent. If UPS corrects the address and the package is delivered, there is a $10.00 charge which will be passed on to the Distributor or the recipient.

Returned Checks

There will be a $20.00 fee for all checks returned from the bank for non-sufficient funds. No further orders can be placed until the order is paid for and the $20.00 fee is paid. If a second check is returned from the bank, the Distributor must either pay by cash, credit card or money order for all future orders.

Damaged Orders

If you receive an order which has been damaged, save the box and the contents. Contact Good Herbs and we will replace the damaged products and file a claim with the shipping company.

Return Policy

If you receive a product that you have a problem with or there is a question about your order, notify us immediately. We will work out the necessary arrangements with you to get it taken care of.

Product Returns: Good Herbs must be informed of all product returns before product is sent back. Any returned product received without prior authorization will be returned to the sender at their expense. Good Herbs does accept returns of sealed product within six months after purchase. However, custom blended Flower Essences are not returnable or exchangeable as they are made to individual specifications. It is helpful if you know the order number and date that the product was purchased. Good Herbs is not responsible for shipping costs on returns.

A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. Any rebate paid or discounts received on that product will also be deducted as this was a discounted price.

Returned bottles are a lot of work for us. Researching when they were purchased, how much rebate was paid on them, adjusting the original invoice, writing a return invoice, giving the credit, soaking old labels and relabeling bottles, reshelfing the product, and updating the inventory are all steps that must be done for each bottle of herbs returned.
