PLACING AN ORDER


General Requirements

Hours of operation:
9am - 5pm EST Monday through Friday

There is no minimum order requirement.

All orders must be prepaid. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Checks, Money Orders, and COD. If picking up an order in person, you may also pay with cash.

Orders placed by 2pm Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.

 

Placing an order by phone

  1. Please be prepared with your distributor number; your order ready to be placed; any drop shipment information; and your credit card number, date, and billing address (if using that method) handy.

  2. Call 1-800-466-0095

  3. You will be asked for your distributor number and if the shipment is to be delivered to the address we have on file. Please provide any drop shipment information, or new address and phone number information if you need to.

  4. Give the size, the product name, and quantity for each item desired. If ordering mostly one size, it may be convenient to say that all items will be a certain size unless otherwise indicated.

  5. If you wish to have your order shipped 1, 2, or 3 day, please notify us; as most of our packages are shipped ground, we don't ask.

  6. We will ask for payment information. If the order is a drop shipment, we can also bill your customer's credit card directly.

  7. Once an order has been placed in the computer, it is then filled. Once filled, it is prepared for shipment and placed on the shipping dock. Once an order is completed, we cannot change it. If you need something else, a separate order will be processed.

 

Placing an order by Fax

Please include the following information:

  • Your distributor number

  • Sizes and Quantities for all items

  • Payment information

  • Shipment address if other than the address on file

Placing an order by e-mail

Please include the following information:

  • Your distributor number

  • Sizes and Quantities for all items

  • Payment information (do not send credit card numbers via e-mail)

  • Shipment address if other than the address on file

Placing an order by Postal Mail

Please include the following information:

  • Your distributor number

  • Sizes and Quantities for all items

  • Payment information

  • Shipment address if other than the address on file
