Marketing Plan

As a Multi-Level-Marketing company, Good Herbs relies on its network of distributors to promote its products. If you sign up a new distributor, you have the opportunity to receive a percentage of that person or company's purchases as a product rebate.

Monthly Rebates

Your group purchase volume is determined by your personal purchases plus the purchases of your downline. Depending on the total of your personal and downline purchase volume, you may be eligible for a rebate at the end of each month. Your rebate percentage is calculated by the total dollar amount of product purchased by you and your downline from the first day of the month through the last day of the month.

Personal Rebates
If you purchase a minimum of $100.00 in a month, you then receive a rebate on your purchase volume.

Downline Rebates
To qualify for a rebate check for your downline purchases, you are required to personally purchase a minimum of $100.00 during the month. If your personal volume is less than $100.00 during the month, you are not eligible to receive a check for your downline's purchases.

If a downline Distributor is at the same rebate percentage level as you, you will not receive a rebate on that person. For example: If a first level distributor purchases $100.00 in one month, they would receive a check for $10.00. If you (with your downline) were at the 10% rebate level, you would not receive a check on their purchases.

You are eligible to receive a rebate on a downline Distributor if your percentage rate is higher than his. You would receive the difference between the two percentages. For example: If you were at the 15% rebate level, you would receive 5% of what that downline person did. If you were at the 20% rebate level, you would receive 10% of what they did.

Group Sales Volume and Rebate Percentages
Your group sales volume is based on your personal purchases plus the purchases of your downline. The percentage breakdown is as follows:

Group Sales Volume Rebate Percentage
$ 0.00 to $ 99.99 none
$100.00 to $299.99 10%
$300.00 to $599.99 15%
$600.00 and above 20%

Rebate Checks
All rebate and commission checks are issued by the company and sent to the Distributors and Managers by the fifth working day of the following month. If there is an outstanding balance on an account, the rebate check will be held until the account is paid in full.

A copy of your entire downline and current addresses and phone numbers are available for your records upon request.

Manager Status

There are two ways to achieve Manager status:

1. If a Distributor and his downline have a group purchase volume that exceeds $3,000.00 in any given month, he is an instant Manager beginning that month.

2. When a Distributor and his downline have a group purchase volume of $1,000.00 or more for two consecutive months, he becomes a Manager the following month.

A Manager receives a rebate of 30% of his personal purchase volume. In addition to this, the Manager receives a commission on his downline Distributors. The Manager also receives a commission on those Distributors who attain Manager status plus a commission on that Manager's downline.

To remain a Manager, a group purchase volume of $1,000.00 every other month is required. If the group purchase volume is under $1,000.00, Manager status continues for one month. If less than $1,000.00 in volume is done two consecutive months, Manager status is lost the third month.

If a Manager falls to the level of Distributor, he can requalify by achieving a group purchase volume of $1,000.00 for one month. He then regains his Manager status the following month.

Manager Rebates for Distributors
As a Manager, you also receive a percentage from your Distributor downline. You receive the difference between your 30% and the percentage that your downline is paid. For example: If you have a first level Distributor who purchased $100.00 during the month, they would receive a check for 10% ($10.00). At the 30% Manager's rebate level, you would receive 20% ($20.00) of that Distributor's purchases.

If a second level Distributor purchased $100.00 in a month, they would receive their 10% ($10.00) rebate. If their sponsor (your first level) was at the 15% rebate level, then that person would receive 5% ($5.00). And you as Manager would receive 15% ($15.00).

Manager Commissions for Downline Managers
A commission is the amount you get paid for your downline Manager's total personal and group purchases for the month. An IRS 1099 Miscellaneous Income form is issued for any Manager who is paid more than $600.00 in Manager commissions within the calendar year. The commission breakdown for a downline Manager's group purchase volume is as follows:

Manager Level

First

Second

Third

Fourth

Fifth

Car Plan
There are two ways to qualify for the Good Herbs' car plan. The first is your Total Group Volume. This consists of the total of your personal, group and Managers' volumes. The second criteria is the Number of First Level Managers.

Status One: You receive $300.00 per month car allowance if your total group volume is at least $7,500.00 per month or if you are a Manager with five first level Managers.

Status Two: You receive $500.00 per month car allowance if your total group volume is at least $15,000.00 per month or if you are a Manager with ten first level Managers.

These are the easiest qualifications we know of in the herbal business. We have the comparison chart for you.

Purchase Volume Transfers
If a Distributor would like to purchase product directly from their Manager, an additional 5% of the direct distributor cost applies. This amount is listed on the Price List.

To transfer that purchase volume amount from the Manager to Good Herbs so the Distributor can receive their rebate percentage on it, a minimum of $100.00 per transfer is required.

The amount transferred to receive a rebate is the direct distributor cost which is minus the additional 5% paid. The 5% added cost is kept by the Manager as a restocking fee.

Example: A Distributor goes to their Manager and purchases $100.00 in product. The Distributor will pay $105.00 ($100.00 + 5%) to the Manager for the products. The Manager calls Good Herbs by the end of the month and transfers $100.00 from the Manager's sales to the Distributor's sales so the Distributor can receive the appropriate rebate from Good Herbs.
