What is a Distributor?
A Distributor is a person who purchases products directly from Good Herbs for personal use and/or for resale. There is no minimum purchase requirement of any kind.

If you sign up by phone, a distributor application must still be completed and returned to Good Herbs.
Upon approval of your application, a distributor number will be assigned to you. 

Marketing
Marketing of Good Herbs, Inc. products is done through independent Distributors. Distributors purchase product directly from the company at the direct distributor cost. The products may be sold at the suggested retail price which is approximately 33% markup over the Distributor cost.

Distributor Renewal
When your annual distributorship expires, Good Herbs will automatically add the $15.00 renewal fee to your next order. The renewal date is the annual anniversary date from your original sign up no matter when the renewal fee is paid.

Downline
Once you become a Distributor, you may sign up others to become Distributors. This procedure forms your downline, which is a group of Distributors you sponsor into the company. The number of Distributors you can sign up is unlimited, and those Distributors can sign up others and so on. 

A copy of your entire downline and current addresses and phone numbers are available for your records upon request.

A Distributor can lose their downline if their distributorship expires for a year or more. If this happens, the downline is moved up to the Distributor's sponsor.
